Lunch at NoDa , my first visit after the Charlotte outfit acquired Old East Tavern.

In the background — house made pork rinds, in the middle—butternut squash soup and in the foreground—wagyu and lamb burgers. The quality chefs, owners and staffs of Old East, Bottle Rev et al remain.
