Aurora may possibly have been my all-time favorite restaurant in Chapel Hill. The above ad’s statement in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere was really true. It wasn’t just the quality of the food. It was the way the place was designed—the polished hardwood floors and wide spacious windows have remained unchanged, either by the owners of the mall or many fine tenants have included Panzanella and now Tandem.
