LandLubbers was my introduction to Calabash style fried sea food. I don’t recall how often I ate fish before then (‘late ‘i80s early 90s. and I’ll shamelessly admit that I as a huge fan of the BK Whopper !!!).

LandLubbers was located on 54 in the gray building next to the Kittner Eye Center and part of that UNC Hospital complex.
